ANNUAL MEETING
OF
STONEWALL MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
The Board of Directors annual meeting of Stonewall Manor Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held on January 21, 2023, 10:00 am at the Clubhouse (4363 Bellwood Circle). The Board encourages you to attend this important meeting.
At this meeting, we will provide reports on the board’s accomplishments over the past year, the board’s capital project plans for 2023, and the financial condition of our association. We also will elect 3 directors via e-vote in the days immediately preceding the meeting. We must establish a quorum to conduct business at the meeting, so it is important for you to attend. For the board election, a quorum is counted based on the number of ballots received. Homeowners who are shown on the Association’s books or records as more than 30 days past due in assessments or charges will be ineligible to vote or to run for a seat on the Board of Directors. We look forward to seeing you at the annual meeting!
2023 ANNUAL DUES NOTICE
Payment of $568.00 is due February 1, 2023. This is a courtesy notice sent to all homeowners solely for 2023 dues and may not be indicative of any past due invoices or past year dues. If you have already paid dues, please disregard this invoice. A late charge of 10% is assessed if not paid by February 15, 2023. Finance charges accrue monthly thereafter. Login to www.stonewallmanorhoa.com and click on the "Your Profile" link at the top of the page to view your invoice and pay online or send a check to the address below.

2023 Board Nominations
It's that time of year again! The annual HOA Board Elections are fast approaching, and we are requesting your feedback and participation in the process.
Candidate nominations will be accepted between today and December 31, 2022. The chair for nominations will be Kharim Barnett-Muller. All three current board members are running for re-election, however please feel free to nominate someone (even yourself)?

Homeowners Association dues are unchanged this year and will be $568.00 due February 1. There is a 15 day grace period and dues must be paid by February 15, 2022 to avoid late fees and/or penalties. If you need to make payment arrangements you must contact the board by February 1.
You can pay online or by dropping your checks into the drop box at the clubhouse or mailing your check payable to Stonewall Manor HOA to:

Improvements in Stonewall Manor
We've had vendors hard at work in the neighborhood this year making some long overdue improvements to the community.
Swimming Pool
If you visit the pool this summer you might notice that it looks a little different. It has needed some TLC for a few years now and we finally had the resources to get this taken care of. Earlier this year the pool was completely drained and re-surfaced. We also replaced the old tile border to give it a more modern look. You'll have a chance to enjoy the new pool when we re-open on May 31.

Entrance Signage
The Union Road entrance now has one sign that mirrors the look and feel of the two signs at the Stonewall Tell entrance. We've also replaced the crumbling name plate in one Stonewall Tell sign, and will soon be replacing the other sign as well.

Round-about improvements
Be on the lookout for some exciting improvements to our roundabouts. We've heard from many of you on this and are looking at ways to make our shared spaces more inviting. Stay tuned!

It's that time of year! Don't forget to check your dues notice and make payment on time - late fees apply February 15.
We’re excited to enter a new year and move our community forward. THE HOA DUES FOR 2021 WILL REMAIN AT $568.00. PAYMENT IS DUE ON FEBRUARY !. A payment schedule may be arranged if you contact the HOA Board of Directors at hoaboard@stonewallmanorhoa.com prior to February 1, 2021. Late fees will be applied on February 15, 2021.
The dues are assessed to fund the necessary expenses incurred to maintain our community and increase the value of our homes. All homeowners were sent an invoice via both USPS and email earlier this week.
PLEASE REMIT PAYMENT VIA ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
Online - Check your email for invoice notification and submit payment - you can also login to your account to make payment
Mail - Mail check payable to Stonewall Manor HOA to 4363 Bellwood Circle, Atlanta, GA 30349 (check must be received by February 1 to avoid late fees)
Hand delivery - Come by the clubhouse during pre-scheduled Clubhouse Hours in the month of January to leave your check with a Board member (check the calendar for dates and times)
