It's that time of year! Don't forget to check your dues notice and make payment on time - late fees apply February 1.
We’re excited to enter a new year and move our community forward. THE HOA DUES FOR 2020 WILL REMAIN AT $568.00. PAYMENT IS DUE ON JANUARY 31, 2020. A payment schedule may be arranged if you contact the HOA Board of Directors at hoaboard@stonewallmanorhoa.com prior to January 19, 2020. Late fees will be applied on February 1, 2020.
The dues are assessed to fund the necessary expenses incurred to maintain our community and increase the value of our homes. All homeowners were sent an invoice via both USPS and email earlier this week.
PLEASE REMIT PAYMENT VIA ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
Online - Check your email for invoice notification and submit payment - you can also login to your account to make payment
Mail - Mail check payable to Stonewall Manor HOA to 4363 Bellwood Circle, Atlanta, GA 30349 (check must be received by February 1 to avoid late fees)
Hand delivery - Come by the clubhouse during pre-scheduled Clubhouse Hours in the month of January to leave your check with a Board member (check the calendar for dates and times)
REMINDER - Please join us at our Annual Meeting on January 19, 2020 at 3pm in the Clubhouse as we plan to build on this momentum, discuss new projects and vote on important community issues.

General, Important Announcements
As you prepare to congregate with friends and family over the holidays, here are a few friendly reminders on parking to keep you in your neighbors' (and the HOAs!) good graces.
- Driveway First: Neighbors are encouraged to have guests park in their driveway.
- Contact Neighbors: If you know that the number of cars will exceed the space in your driveway, contact your neighbors and let them know that some cars might be parked on the street.
- Keep Traffic Flow: If your guests must park on the street, coordinate with your neighbors so that cars aren't parked on both sides of the street or otherwise impeding traffic. Also be sure to get permission from the board first!
- And finally...if you find yourself unable to leave your own driveway or have difficulty driving down the road because a neighbor failed to follow these helpful tips, contact the HOA board.

Hi all,
Friendly reminder that the pool will be closing this week (September 15) for the season. It's been a great season and it's been great to see so many homeowners out with family and friends enjoying the pool and new furniture. All fob access to enter the pool area will be inactivated this week. Don't worry - you can still use your fobs for the gate and entry to the tennis/basketball courts.

Hello neighbors!
It's been an active summer for both fun and business in the HOA. As a friendly reminder, be sure to check out the Documents section under the Members tab for updates. The board minutes from June's meeting have been uploaded, as well as the policies that were passed regarding collections and covenant violations.
Be on the lookout for details about upcoming events in the next newsletter.

We had a fantastic kickoff to the summer with our pool opening on May 18. One of our own, Kendrick Dean, is a professional photographer and came by to document the event. Check out the pictures here.
With the heat kicking up, the pool has become a popular attraction. Whether you're at the Stonewall Manor pool or out and about, it's important to keep water safety in mind. Here's a few helpful reminders to keep you and your family safe in the water this summer:
With the heat kicking up, the pool has become a popular attraction. Whether you're at the Stonewall Manor pool or out and about, it's important to keep water safety in mind. Here's a few helpful reminders to keep you and your family safe in the water this summer:
- Arm's Reach, Eye's Reach: Children from birth to 6 years old should be within arm’s reach of a caregiver. Older, proficient swimmers should be within eye’s reach.
- Don’t rely on fun toys such as water wings or noodles to keep your children safe. If your child can’t swim, fit them with an appropriate personal flotation device.
- Have these items close by at all times when you or your family are using a pool or spa: portable telephone, first aid kit, flotation device.
- If a child is missing, look for him or her in the pool or spa first.
- Share safety instructions with family, friends, and neighbors.
- Learn how to swim and teach your child how to swim.
- Learn to perform CPR on children and adults, and update those skills regularly.
