Board of Directors
The Stonewall Manor Property Owners Association board oversees maintenance of common areas, managed budgets/fiscal responsibilities, and enforces the associations governing documents. If you are a homeowner and would like to join us, we have several committees that work hard to make our community special. Please contact us questions.
James has served on the board of directors since 2019. One of his primary focuses has been improving the finances of the HOA. Since his first term the HOA has improved from less than 40% participation (dues paid) to over 90%. As board president, he has worked closely with the association's law firm to secure major victories, including settlement with AH4R (resulting in the sale of homes built to lease). He and his family have lived in Stonewall Manor since 2018.
Kathy's time on the board of directors began in the summer of 2021. As a long time Stonewall Manor homeowner, Kathy is passionate about maintaining standards in the community and making sure Stonewall Manor is a place we're proud to call home. She works closely with various committees, including ARC and social, to make Stonewall Manor an engaging and attractive community. Kathy has lived in Stonewall Manor since 2006.
Jeff has served three terms on the board of directors. As vice president, he has worked closely with vendors to maintain and beautify the neighborhood. A few projects he has led include upgrading the pool furniture, re-surfacing the pool last season, and upgrading cameras at the clubhouse for improved safety. Jeff and his family have lived in Stonewall Manor for twelve years.
